A Quieter Place to Sort Things Out
We're a small online practice offering individual counseling, couples sessions, and psychiatric consultations. Most people find us when something specific is going on — a hard stretch, a relationship that needs work, or a diagnosis they want a second opinion on.

Individual Therapy
For when it's just about you — an anxious week that won't let up, a decision you keep circling, or a habit you're finally ready to look at. You set the pace.

Regular sessions, and check-ins on whether the pace still makes sense.
A Few Notes We've Gotten
Sample quotes below, standing in until we add real client testimonials.
"I've done therapy before and quit twice. Not having to drive anywhere after work is honestly the reason I stuck with it this time."
"We were skeptical about doing couples work over video. It turned out to be easier to be honest without sitting in a waiting room beforehand."
"The psychiatrist actually asked questions instead of just writing a script. Took the full first session before we talked medication at all."
Worth Knowing Up Front
Should I book a therapist or a psychiatrist first?
If you're not on any medication and just want to talk something through, start with a therapist. If you've already tried that and things haven't moved, or you suspect something more clinical is going on, a psychiatric consultation makes sense. When in doubt, message us and we'll point you the right way.
How long does a session run?
Individual sessions land around 50 minutes. Couples sessions run closer to 75. Psychiatric consultations are usually shorter, 30 to 45 minutes, especially after the first one.
Do I have to commit to a certain number of sessions?
No. Some people come in for six weeks and stop. Others stay for a year. We check in periodically rather than locking you into a package.
Is any of this actually private?
Yes — nothing is recorded, and what's said in session doesn't leave your clinician's notes without your written okay.
What if I don't click with my therapist?
It happens more than people expect. Say something and we'll switch you to someone else — no explanation required.
