About

MindNest Psychology

A small online practice built around one idea: therapy should fit into your actual life, not compete with it.

Why we started this way

Most of us came out of traditional practices — the kind with a waiting room, a fixed 9-to-5 schedule, and a drive across town in between. It works for some people. It also quietly filters out anyone who can't take a weekday afternoon off, which turned out to be most of the people who needed help the most. Going fully online wasn't a trend for us; it was the fix for a problem we kept running into.

How we actually work

We use methods with real research behind them — but "evidence-based" doesn't mean everyone gets the same worksheet. Some clients want structure and homework between sessions. Others need space to just talk before anything gets prescriptive. Matching that is most of the job, honestly, more than any particular technique.

What we focus on

Individual therapy for anxiety, stress, and rough transitions
Couples therapy for communication and rebuilding trust
Psychiatric consultations when medication is worth considering
Scheduling that works around a real job, not the other way around
