Programs
A step up from a single session — multi-week programs for people who want a clear starting point and a defined path, rather than an open-ended process.
New Relationship Foundations
For couples early on who want to build solid habits around communication and conflict before problems have a chance to settle in.
Navigating a Major Transition
Support through something specific — a move, a new baby, a layoff, a loss — timed around what's actually happening in your life right now.
Parenting Together
For co-parents, together or separated, working on consistent decisions and less conflict in front of the kids.
How this is different from ongoing therapy
Regular therapy stays open-ended and shifts as things come up. A program has a start date, an end date, and one focus. If you'd rather work toward a specific outcome over a known stretch of weeks, this usually fits better than open-ended sessions. Plenty of people do a program first, then move into regular sessions afterward — or the reverse.
Questions we hear
Do I have to finish the whole thing?
No. If it's not working partway through, we'll adjust the plan or move you to regular sessions instead.
Can I do one of these without a partner?
Some, like Navigating a Major Transition, are built for individuals. Others, like Parenting Together, work better with both people, though starting with just one is fine.
What happens once it's over?
We check in on how things are going and figure out together whether more sessions, a different program, or just checking back later makes the most sense.
